

Course Summary
This course provides practitioners and analysts with an introduction to the skills and techniques required to create process architectures, prioritize process and understand how to define process projects. This course focuses on identifying initial opportunities for process improvement. Participants learn to scope processes using graphical models to document results. Guidelines are provided for establishing priorities for time and resources. The course is organized around a universally applicable case study that will be developed by attendees working in teams. The approach is hands-on and attendees will be able to immediately apply what they learn within their own organization.
